Authorities in Vero Beach are investigating a deadly shooting that left two people dead outside a public library early Tuesday morning.
According to officials, the incident occurred around 7 a.m. on March 24 in the parking lot of the main branch of the Indian River County Library System, located on 21st Street in downtown Vero Beach.
